Additional security with security ID !!
The security ID is a six-digit number assigned by NETELLER for additional security. Nobody in NETELLER can see my security ID, and never ask to provide a security ID.
Do not share your Security ID with anyone except when you transfer funds to your reseller website or when you receive a transfer from your reseller website.
In certain cases where account security may be compromised, a new six-digit security ID may be generated.
If you change to a new NETELLER account, your old security ID is no longer valid.
If you have enabled 2-step verification, you can use the code generated by the Google Authenticator app instead of your security ID.
To reset your security ID,
you'll need to follow these steps:
Click the Accounts section of your NETELLER account.
In the Account Overview section, click Reset.
When you click Reset, an email with a link to reset your security ID will be sent to the email address listed in your NETELLER account. Please note that the link is valid for 24 hours.
When you click on the provided link, you will be redirected to the NETELLER page where you can reset your security ID.
Create your own security ID - For security reasons, the security ID must not be a single number or six consecutive numbers.
Obtain an automatically generated security ID - Click Generate Random.
When the new security ID is confirmed, click Save.
You can also reset your security ID by clicking Security in the Settings section of your NETELLER account.
For security reasons, the security ID is automatically reset once a year.
