Enhanced security for your NETELLER account
This year, NETELLER is strengthening account security with several changes to continually improve its wallet.
These changes may require members to:
Create and verify a new password for your NETELLER account.
Select three identity verification questions
(remember the answer).
Reset security ID.
Click "Continue" to reset the security ID.
After a few seconds, a new security ID is displayed.
(Keep a record of your new security ID and keep it in a safe place. This ID will not be sent by email.)
Why should I do this?
Regularly resetting your security ID and password can make it harder for someone to hack into your account, and if you have multiple identity verification questions, you can securely prove your identity later when you change your account credentials or consult a member service agent.
