Differences between
US and European binary options
American and European binary options
Binary options can also be classified as
US and European transactions.
The American binary option allows transactions to be processed immediately when the asset reaches a predefined exercise price.
Therefore, there is an expiration date in the binary transaction, but you do not have to wait for the asset to reach the strike price on the due date.
On the other hand, transactions with European binary options can not benefit unless the assets hit the strike price at the right moment.
If the asset reaches the strike price before the expiration date has expired, but the expiration of the period is lost even if the transaction is canceled.
Common types of binary options
Binary options generally have four different types.
It can be seen with one touch, no touch, double one touch, and double no touch.
"Touch" refers to the underlying asset that touches the strike price and is also called "trigger".
As the name implies, it represents a condition that can be won by a binary option trade.
