Where can I download the official NETELLER app?
This is the only official app you can use with your NETELLER account.
The official NETELLER app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Can I upload my documents via the NETELLER mobile app?
Identity verification through the NETELLER mobile app is simple and easy.
You can verify your account within a few minutes by scanning your ID document on your profile page and uploading your self.
Can I use 2-step verification with the NETELLER app?
You can activate 2-step verification on the NETELLER mobile site (https://member.neteller.com).
You'll need to download the Google Authenticator app, which will be used to sign up for 2-step verification on your mobile app or member website.
Keep in mind that if you enable the 2-step verification option, you no longer need to use your security ID, but instead use the Google Authenticator code.
