How to transfer funds from
a merchant site
To transfer funds to your NETELLER account from your reseller site, you'll need to sign in to your account on the merchant's website.
On the merchant site, select the option to withdraw or withdraw cash
(Some vendors may have different names for this option).
Select NETELLER as your withdrawal option and enter the NETELLER account ID, security ID (or code generated by the OTP app instead of the security ID if you have enabled 2-step verification), and the amount to be transferred.
You should never provide your NETELLER account password on the merchant website.
The seller who has confirmed that the funds have been transferred will be able to provide me with a NETELLER transaction ID.
The NETELLER transaction ID is a 15-digit number and serves as a tracking number for each transaction.
If funds have been transferred from your merchant site to your NETELLER account but have not arrived, contact your vendor for a NETELLER deal ID.
If the seller is unable to provide a NETELLER transaction ID, I have not yet sent my funds to NETELLER.
The number the seller provided to you must be a 15-digit deal ID, not a transaction tracking number.
