How to verify your Neteller
credit or debit card
Credit / debit card verification is a security step that NETELLER has launched to protect your NETELLER account and credit / debit card information.
To verify your credit / debit card, you must successfully use your card.
Once you have successfully credited your card, it appears in the Saved Cards section of the Deposit tab.
Click the OK button to start the verification process.
To complete the card verification, you must click OK and provide a four-digit verification code to be sent along with the transaction to be performed.
The verification code will appear on your credit card statement along with your transaction history.
When looking for a verification code, you should search for 1234-NETELLER @.
The number in front of NETELLER is the verification code to use.
Please note that some banks may take several business days to process and post verification codes to your bank / credit account.
The verification code may only consist of three digits.
In this case, enter 0 before or after the 3-digit number to verify the card.
In some cases you will be charged 3 EUR for your card to send a verification code.
This is not a fee and will be credited to my NETELLER account.
If your card verification was made through a transaction of 3 EUR, you must search for this specific transaction to obtain a verification code.
After you receive the verification code, sign in with your NETELLER account, submit a verification code to each tab, and click OK.
If you are unable to verify your card, you will need to contact the NETELLER Customer Center.
To manually verify your card, you'll need to submit a document (such as a credit card statement).
